Elevated NK cell cytotoxicity in Virulizin-treated mice. C57BL/6 mice were treated with Virulizin or saline daily for 5 days. NK cells were isolated from the spleens 1 h after the last injection and cocultured with YAC-1 or C8161 target tumor cells to assess NK cell cytotoxicity using LDH release assay.
