Anti-biofilm effect of Pseudomonas phage Motto and different antibiotics on P. aeruginosa biofilms. The effect of different antibiotics was studied: (A) Cefotaxime; (B) Ciprofloxacin; (C) Gentamicin; (D) Meropenem; (E) Tetracycline. The bacterial biofilms (24 h old) were treated with different combinations of phages and antibiotics. The synograms represent the OD_595nm values read after 24 h of treatment and the mean reduction percentage of each treatment from three independent replicates.
