Numbers of PtCA1-GFP-containing particles observed in nine clones of pre138-mptca1-egfp transformants

Transformation was carried out as described in the text. After the primary screening on 100 μg mL⁻¹ Zeocin, nine clones out of 24 GFP-positive clones were selected, and the numbers of PtCA1-GFP-containing particles per cell were counted.
