Computational analysis of distribution of LOY CD4 + T lymphocytes in different tissues of CRC patients. CD4 + T cells were extracted from the tumor, uninvolved margin (UM) and blood samples obtained from four CRC patients (Zhang et al.³²) and categorized into Th and Tregs. Next, LOY-cells were defined based on the lack of expression of MSY-specific genes.
