Immortalized human bronchial epithelial cells and human umbilical vein endothelial cells expressing the ASC::GFP fusion protein (HBEK-3KT-ASC-GFP, HUVEC-ASC-GFP, respectively) were infected with lentiviral particles to express the SARS-CoV-2 proteins ORF3a, E and M. Green fluorescence represents ASC::GFP and red represents DRAQ7-incorporating dead cells.
