Group H underwent conventional Hirabayashi open-door laminoplasty. CSM, cervical spondylotic myelopathy; OPLL, ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. The lordosis angle was the angle formed by the two tangential lines to the posterior wall of the C2 and C6 vertebrae measured before surgery.
