Red tiles indicate higher, and blue tiles lower likelihood of receiving the prescription of the given medication. Odds ratios and their 95% confidence intervals are presented only for the associations significant after multiple testing correction (false discovery rate). All analyses are adjusted for patient sex, age, comorbid depression and BD, and account for the location of the provider. Full results, including the non-significant findings, confidence intervals and number of patients with each prescription are presented in Supplemental Table S3.
