Steady-state levels of ATZ in the HTO/Z cell line deleted for specific autophagy genes. In each case the cells were incubated in the absence of doxycycline for 1–3 weeks to induce ATZ expression. Cell homogenates were subjected to immunoblot analysis with polyclonal antibody to all forms of AT (ATZ), antibody to LC3, antibody to β-actin, and antibody to the relevant autophagy gene.
