Transcript level of redox genes in the roots of Arabidopsis thaliana accessions of haplogroups C and H 30′ after 75 mM NaCl exposure. Panels refer to salt-tolerant accessions Col-0 (A) and Ty-0 (B) and to salt-sensitive accessions Sha (C) and MIB-60 (D). The value of each transcript level was normalized for the transcript level of actin 7 as a reference gene and expressed as a fold change of salt-stressed roots compared to the relative control. * p < 0.05 according to the t student test.
