Markov model structure. The multi-cohort Markov model follows US adults aged ≥ 60 years over 3 years, with a 1-month cycle length. The model includes seven age-specific cohorts and evaluates outcomes for scenarios with and without adjuvanted RSVPreF3 vaccination. The underlying model structure for RSV reinfections is the same as for initial RSV infections.
