Antibody levels measured by ELISA to HA subunits of distant influenza A strains as possible explanation of cross-reactive immune response to the trivalent mRNA vaccination. Mice were twice vaccinated by trivalent mRNA, including 5 µg of each individual HA mRNA-LNP, or 1/10 human dose of SIIV, or PBS as earlier described.
