Absorbance values of preimmune sera or prechallenge sera for chimpanzee C2 (ranging from 0.055 to 0.122 for the SF2 peptide, from 0.148 to 0.391 for the MN peptide, and from 0.039 to 0.102 for the 5016 peptide) have been subtracted from the values presented.
