^aNPc or NPc-ARD fusion proteins containing an N-terminal c-Myc-derived epitope tag were expressed in the indicated 3T3 mouse fibroblasts. The cellular localization of each fusion protein was determined by using anti-myc IgG. At least 100 cells that were positive for expression of each fusion protein were scored. 

^bThe percentage of cells that displayed predominantly nuclear staining is expressed relative to the total number of cells that displayed staining for the respective NPc fusion protein.
