Analysis of adhesion-regulated cell cycle activities in Rat 6 cells that express H-Ras 12V and various combinations of effector loop mutants. Cells expressing the indicated H-Ras constructs were grown on tissue culture plates (+ adhesion) or in preparative methylcellulose cultures (− adhesion) and were analyzed by immunoblotting or immunoprecipitation and kinase assay as follows: pRB phosphorylation (A), cyclin E-dependent kinase activity (B), and expression of cyclin A (C).
