Knockdown PCED1B-AS1 inhibited the EMT process in gastric cancer cell line. Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin and Vimentin in AGS cells (A) and HGC cells (B). The nucleus was labeled with DAPI (blue).
