Results represent the mean±SD of ≥3 experiments, ND=not determined. SI=selective index calculated at the quotient of IC₅₀ of COS-7/IC₅₀ of cancer cell lines. For 103 and 105, IC₅₀ was determined at four concentrations in a range of 1.0–0.18 μM, for 106 in a range of 75.0–12.5 μM, and for 6 a range of 50.0–6.25 μM. Adriamycin: positive control.
