HIT T-15 cells were transfected with 1 μg of a GAL4:E47 construct, 10 μg of pCMVβ-p300, and 1 μg of (GAL4)₅E1bCAT. The amino acids of E47 present in the GAL4 fusion are in parentheses. All data are presented as fold activation relative to the GAL4:E47 construct alone.
