Tsc2+/− mice at the age of 12 months were treated for two months with either AZD2014 or rapamycin, or with vehicle control. Lysates prepared from tissues from the mice were analysed by Western blot for phosphorylation of rpS6 at Ser235/Ser236 and eIF4E at Ser209. Actin was used as a loading control.
