Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. (A) A bronchus (note, cartilage) is filled with eosinophilic material and mucin and is surrounded by inflammatory infiltrates. (B) The bronchus is filled with eosinophils, eosinophilic debris, proteinaceous fluid, and mucin.
