Products resulting from incubation of alternative DNA substrates with increasing concentrations of WRN in the presence of 1 mM ATPγS were resolved in 6% non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels. (A) Stable WRN–DNA complexes appear in reactions of substrate 3, 4 and 5 (10 nM) incubated with increasing concentrations of WRN (0, 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 nM).
