PRGL493 inhibits tumor growth in vivo models. a CAM assay was used to evaluate the effect of ACSL4 inhibitor PRGL493 on tumor growth. MDA-MB-231 cells were inoculated along with PRGL493 (10 or 100 µM) or vehicle (D-MEM).
