Analysis of MGFA scores showed a significant clinical improvement in the first 4 years of disease, but no further improvement afterwards (A), Kruskal–Wallis test (adjusted p-values: 0 vs. 1–4: p = 0.005 (**); 0 vs. 5–10: p = 0.0094(**); 0 vs. 11–20: p = 0.013 (*); 0 vs. 21–30: p = 0.01 (*). Clinical remission was indicated by an MGFA score of “0” to allow inclusion in the dataset. Simple linear regression with Spearman correlation.
