Interventions | An interactive obesity treatment approach (iOTA‐SMI) Control: health education control receive monthly in‐person health coaching visits over 16 weeks, monthly counselling on energy balance, physical activity and nutrition Comparison: iOTA‐SMI vs health education control, a 16‐week programme. They will receive an assessment of individual behaviour risks, participate in collaborative goal‐setting with a health coach and use an interactive text system that will provide ongoing support and self‐monitoring of behaviour change goals. |
