Inhibitory kinetics of flavonoids (3′-Hydroxy-alpha-naphthoflavone, 3′-Hydroxy-ss-naphthoflavone, genkwanin, and apigenin). KMO enzyme was treated with 0–40 μM of each compound using 0–20 μM of L-Kyn as the substrate. Experiments were performed in triplicate and repeated three times with similar results.
