Process for seeding and cultivation of cells in an MSUB. (a) In a laminar flow hood, open the tube cap and insert dry scaffolds. (b) Using a micropipette seed the scaffolds with bMSCs with the appropriate volume to reach the absorption maximum (40 µL/rice puff). (c) In a CO₂ incubator, program via the WiFi user interface, connect the MSUB to the air pump, and incubate for 1 h. (d) Disconnect from the air pump, and in a laminar flow hood, supplement the SUB with fresh media. (e) Reconnect the MSUB to the air pump in the incubator and start; add exchange media as needed.
