MTT cell viability assay of Vero cells incubated with the plant extracts. Cell culture media of HSV-2 infected Vero cells were replaced with plant extracts resulting in the concentration range of 60–0.47 mg/mL. Vero cells were incubated for 24 h, 37 °C, 5%CO₂. Viability of the treated cells was compared to the untreated controls. Data are mean ± SD (n = 3). Statistical comparisons of cell viabilities (treated vs. untreated control) were performed by one-way ANOVA analysis corrected by Dunnett’s multiple comparison test. *: p < 0.05.
