Lightsheet images of the eye (A), kidney (B), heart (C) testes (D) and brain (E) from 2 month old mice perfused with far-red fluorescent lectin to label the vascular endothelium after 20 h of delipidation (using 50% THF) and RI matching in EZ View. Numbers below correspond to white boxed in regions in the above images. Successful clearing and lightsheet imaging should yield images where smaller blood vessels are clearly resolved, as shown in the bottom panels of the figure.
