Targeted gene delivery by RGD4C.PDP

(A) Human CS SW1353 cells were treated with either the tumor-targeted RGD4C.PDP-Lucia or non-targeted PDP-Lucia control with increasing doses of the particles (0.1 × 10⁶, 0.5 × 10⁶, and 1 × 10⁶ TU/cell). Untreated cells were also included as control (CTRL). Lucia expression was measured from the cultured media of transduced cells on days 3, 5, and 7 after vector transduction. (B) HACs were also used for PDP transduction. Results are shown as mean ± SEM of triplicate wells of one representative experiment.
