Host range phenotype of molecularly cloned icTGEV. Cultures of ST or CRFK cells (10⁵) were inoculated with molecularly cloned viruses icTGEV-1 and icTGEV-3 at an MOI of 5 for 1 h at room temperature. The inocula were removed, and the cells were incubated in complete medium at 37°C for 12 h.
