Schematic representation of the training (top row) and testing (bottom row) processes in RACER-m. Sixty-six crystal structures of known strong binders were used as both training set and template structures for the testing processes, which cover several major clusters of TCR repertoires (MART-1, TAX, 1E6, NLV, and FLU) and other clusters with smaller size.
