Knockdown of SLC16A10 can improve the LPS-induced inflammatory response of A549 cells. (A) A549 cells were transfected with SLC16A10 siRNA, the mRNA levels of SLC16A10 was detected by RT-qPCR in three groups including the control group, NC siRNA and si-SLC16A10 (n = 3).
