The overall IDV seropositive rate in cattle in China according to this study is indicated in the top of the map. (B) The HI titre of each serum sample obtained from cattle across provinces. The colours indicate different levels (less than 10, 10–20, 20–40, 40–160, and 160–1280) of HI titres. The error bar in red colour represents the geometric mean HI titre. Serum samples with HI titres equal to or higher than 10 are counted as positive.
