Samples 1–5 were purchased from four different suppliers. SR, Sirion Biotech, SG, SignaGen Laboratories, TK, Takara Bio Inc., and VB, Vector Builder. Samples 4 and 5 were different lot numbers. Samples 6 was manufactured in house.
