The gene expression profile of each chemical was obtained after either MCF-7 or T-47D cells had been treated with the chemical and compared with that of 17β-estradiol (E2) obtained from the same cell line. Coefficients of correlation (R values) between each chemical and E2 on the basis of linear regression and p values for the statistical significance of the correlation were calculated
