Immunoselection of symplekin-containing complexes present in cytoplasmic (ooplasmic) extracts of enucleated Xenopus oocyte. The precipitate has been solubilized in sample buffer, separated on SDS-PAGE and transferred to a PVDF-membrane. Lane 1, sample of cytoplasmic extract from five enucleated oocytes before immunoselection; lane 2, sample of cytoplasmic extract from five enucleated oocytes after immunoselection; lane 3, precipitate obtained with mAb Sym-Nu; lane 4, control reaction obtained with the extract using beads alone.
