F-actin polymerization responses upon cAMP stimulation of aggregation competent cells. Samples were taken at the indicated time points after stimulation with 1 μM cAMP. The amount of F-actin was normalized relative to the F-actin level of unstimulated wild-type cells. The relative F-actin content was determined by fluorimetric measurements of TRITC-phalloidin.
