Detection of SARS-CoV-2 T cell-specific response. Gating strategy used to identify SARS-CoV-2 T cells among CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells. Perturbancies during acquisition have been removed and PBMC have been identified according to physical parameters, doublets have been removed as well as dead cells. In this population CD3⁺ T cells have been selected and in this, CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells have been recognized.
