ICAM-1 upregulation after TNFα/IF γ exposure. Cells were incubated in the presence or absence of 10 ng/ml TNFα/interferon γ and the expression of ICAM-1 was measured by FACS. Untreated cells expressed only low levels of ICAM-1 antibody (1° + 2° ab). Treatment of cells with TNFα/interferon γ had no effect on secondary antibody binding (2° ab ctrl).
