Effects of dexamethasone on LPS-induced CSE expression and H2S production in the presence of NOS inhibitor in primary macrophages. Primary macrophages were treated with dexamethasone at the indicated doses in the absence or presence of l-NAME (1 mmol/l) and LPS (1 μg/ml) for 6 h (a) or 24 h (bc).
