Effects of dexamethasone on LPS-induced CSE expression and H₂S production in the presence of NOS inhibitor in primary macrophages. Primary macrophages were treated with dexamethasone at the indicated doses in the absence or presence of l-NAME (1 mmol/l) and LPS (1 μg/ml) for 6 h (a) or 24 h (b–c).
