Dexamethasone suppressed CSE expression and H2S production in RAW264.7 macrophages. RAW264.7 macrophages were treated with dexamethasone at the indicated doses in the absence or presence of RU38,486 (10−6 mol/l) and LPS (1 μg/ml) for 6 h (a) or 24 h (bd).
