Effects of ADP receptor ligands on the intracellular calcium concentration of MIN6c4 cells. Cells growing in white 96-well dishes were loaded with 5 μM FLUO-4 loading buffer for 1 h at 37°C. After washing once with HBSS, cells were treated with: 2MeSADP (10 μM) with or without P2Y₁ receptor antagonist MRS2179 (10 μM) in HBSS for 30 min. Emission was recorded, at 535 nm for 30 s, in a Victor 3 multilabel counter. Results are expressed as peak fluorescence. *p < 0.05 (n = 6) compared with 2MeSADP treatment
