Kinetics of the effect of RBC on T cell proliferation. PBLs (1.5 × 10⁶) were labeled with CFSE, and either left unstimulated (none) or stimulated with 5 μg/ml of PHA and cultured for 6 days in the absence or presence of RBC. Then, cells were harvested at days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and acquired in a FACSCalibur.
