Assessment of PS exposure on platelet surface and PMP generation at relevant times after activating Bottlenose dolphin platelets in a whole blood sample with calcium ionophore A23187. The main platelet population and the continuous cohort of PMPs were gated for further analysis in the displayed regions amply drawn on CD41-PE/Log FSC (A) or CD41-PE/Log VSSC dot plots (E).
