Here, the ICF domain ‘Body Structure & Function’ can be likened to the OMERACT FM Working Group hierarchy [38]: the inner circle is akin to OMERACT ‘core domains’; the outermost circle represents the outer ‘skin’ of the OMERACT onion. The ‘Body Structure & Function’ domain can be seen as a ‘diamond’ appearance, reflecting the positivity now seen as compared with the prior ‘web’.
