The cells were cultivated in a 250 mL jar fermenter with 100 mL MS medium supplying a low-hydrogen-content gas mixture (3.8% H2, 7.3% O2, 13.0% CO2, and 75.9% N2) at 5 mL/min of gas flow rate, at 30 °C for 162 h [27]. a Determined by GC analysis. b Determined by GPC analysis.
