Oxidative stress evaluation. Oxidative stress levels were assessed through the evaluation of salivary levels of NOX2, (A) H₂O₂ (B), and HBA percentage (C) of participants (n = 144) during the semester (T0) and on the day of the exam before the test (T1). Data are represented by dot plots and expressed as median and interquartile ranges [IQRs]. Statistical differences were assessed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Salivary levels of NOX2 (D), H₂O₂ (E) and HBA percentage (F) measured on the day the exam before the test (T1) in the group of students who obtained exam scores > 24 and ≤24, respectively.
