Calculations were performed as described in Materials and Methods. Polar: Asn, Gln, His, Ser, Thr, Tyr; nonpolar: Ala, Gly Trp, Pro, Phe, Leu, Ile, Val, Cys, Met; acidic: Asp, Glu; basic: Arg, Lys. The average solvent accessible surface areas for all the CAs is 11,710 ± 766 Å2.
