Effects of various concentrations of CDDO on cell viability in H2O2-exposed PC-12 cells. Cells were treated with H2O2 (500 μM) and different concentrations of CDDO (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 μg/mL) for 24 h. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT assay. The first bar (Con) represents control cells without treatment, while the second bar (Con + H2O2) represents cells treated with H2O2 alone. Bars indicate the mean cell viability percentage relative to the untreated control; error bars represent SEM. Statistical significance compared to the H2O2-alone-treated group is indicated by ** (p < 0.01) and *** (p < 0.001). (n = 6).
