Type II: multiple inflow arteries into a nidus pattern with direct artery/arteriolar to vein/venular structures that may, or may not, be aneurysmal. Type IIIa: multiple arteries/arterioles into an enlarged aneurysmal vein with an enlarged outflow vein.
