Multiple alignment of Bacillus subtilis (Bsubt) YwqE and its homologues from different gram-positive bacteria, as follows: Bacillus cereus (Bcere), Oceanobacillus iheyensis (Oihen), Lactococcus lactis (Llact), Streptococcus suis (Ssuis), Streptococcus pneumoniae (Spneu), and Streptococcus thermophilus (Sther).
